A heartwarming moment captured on April 12 of a super capable boy, Derek, happily playing with his lovable puppy in Chone, Ecuador. <br /><br />Derek suffers from several medical conditions both physical and internal. He can't hear of speak, has one kidney, and feeds through tubes. Doctors in Ecuador cannot determined the causes. <br /><br />Despite his condition, Derek is a happy baby with his favorite puppy that makes him laugh with joy and excitement.
