A three-year-old girl lay on a window ledge for over an hour to watch a cartoon playing on the TV in an apartment in the opposite building in northern China.<br /><br />The hilarious video, shot in the city of Huludao in Liaoning Province on December 7, shows the girl sitting on the duvets, lying on the window ledge and holding a snack in her hand when staring out of the window while watching a cartoon played in the opposite apartment's TV. <br /><br />The girl's father asked her: " How to watch the best cartoon in the world, Deng Yuqian?"<br /><br />According to the father Mr Deng, they strictly control the time of watching TV for their daughter to try to protect her eyesight. <br /><br />After they turned the TV off on that day, he saw his daughter lying on the window ledge without moving and found out she was watching a cartoon playing in the opposite apartment. <br /><br />The girl refused to move until the woman in the opposite apartment closed the curtain. Mr Deng said her daughter then turned her head back and cried, saying to him: "I cannot see the cartoon anymore."
