Surfers braved ice cold water to try their luck on much bigger than usual waves off Newquay in Cornwall, south western England.<br /><br />Some surfers were clearly not used to the relatively large waves, which the filmer blamed on the tail end of Storm Atiyah, which battered the UK this week.
