The US$6.5 bil 1Malaysia Development Berhad bonds case against Goldman Sachs and its Asian entities has been transferred from the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate’s Court to the High Court.<br /><br />High Court Judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan on Monday allowed the application following no objection raised by Goldman Sachs' counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik.
