The jet engine of a United Airlines scared passengers when it began to shoot out flames mid-flight while traveling from San Diego to Chicago. <br /><br />The filmer felt significant bumps during his flight on Sunday (December 15). Looking out the window, he noticed flames were coming out of the right engine. <br /><br />"I filmed this video in the middle of our flight when we started to feel some significant [and] unique bumps," the filmer said. "I looked out the window to see flames coming out of the right jet engine, It was very scary."
