The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) revealed on Friday that the death of a Nigerian doctorate student Thomas Orhions Ewansiha in July was not due to torture.<br /><br />Suhakam said investigation showed that Ewansiha died from heart failure and that the Immigration Department had delayed in providing medication for him.
