Occurred on October 26, 2019 / Everett, Washington, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "My wife and I were driving on Broadway Ave. in Everett, WA when the driver of the car started flailing around so hard that he lost control of his car and rear-ended the car in front of him. The woman in the passenger seat gets out of the car and walks away in anger. This was all captured on my dashcam.<br /><br />When it first happened I thought he was headbanging to music, but after re-watching the video it looks like he may have been angry and punching the dashboard."
