Tributes were held in Bogota yesterday (December 23) for 18-year-old Dilan Cruz who was killed by police over a month ago.<br /><br />Footage shows crowds gathering around portraits of Cruz, while chanting and music can be heard.<br /><br />Cruz was killed on November 23 by a member of the riot police who fire a bean bag round at his head causing "penetrating trauma," a coroner confirmed.
