http://www.EmploymentCrossing.com <br /><br />After acquiring San Francisco company, CNet in May for $1.8 billion, CBS says it will layoff some interactive department employees, but would not disclose the exact number. <br /><br />Though the two will continue to produce separate websites, CNet and CBSNews.com will combine to form one group. The groups will share a newsroom and resources. <br /><br />CBS said the cutbacks will also effect ZDNet, TV.com, and Last.fm.
