Michael Bloomberg Admits <br />2020 Campaign Used Prison Labor.<br />The confession comes after a report by <br />The Intercept linked him to <br />call center ProCom.<br />Two centers related to the company <br />are located in Oklahoma prisons.<br />According to The Intercept's <br />sources, calls came from the <br />Dr. Eddie Warrior Correctional Center.<br />The people were required to end their calls by disclosing that the calls were paid for by the Bloomberg campaign. They did not disclose, however, that they were calling from behind bars, John Washington, via The Intercept.<br />In a statement, the former N.Y.C. mayor <br />said he was not aware of the prison labor.<br />He also stated that ProCom is <br />no longer associated with his <br />presidential campaign.<br />The company's involvement is said <br />to have been requested by an <br />unknown campaign vendor.<br />We didn’t know about this and we never would have allowed it if we had. We don’t believe in this practice and we’ve now ended our relationship with the subcontractor in question, Bloomberg spokesperson <br />Julie Wood, via The Intercept
