When it first started, at that time I was also pregnant.

''My husband took my son and left me here with my sister after I gave birth to the baby.

"Doctors could not cure the tumour in my face while I could only take cannabis oil to ease the pain and help me sleep.

''I had given up all hope of being fixed but now I believe there is a chance.''

Bin gave her a 10,000 THB cash (252 GBP) and supplied medicine. He also arranged for an appointment at the local hospital.

He said: "This illness is hard to cure and I could only support her daily expenses. We will do everything we can to help her receive the treatment she needs.''
