I had Lemongrass Steam Fish in a Thai restaurant recently and I thought I can try to replicate the dish at home! This is my own take on the dish and not strictly authentic.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />For the fish<br />1 Seabass (approx 600g)<br />1 Stalk Lemongrass<br />1 Piece Lime Leaf<br />4 Slices of Ginger<br /><br />Discard the liquid from fish after steaming!<br /><br />For the sauce<br />1 Thai Lime<br />3 Stalks Lemongrass<br />2 Piece Lime Leaf<br />1 Red Chilli/Chilli Padi<br />1/2 Tablespoon Sugar<br />1/2 Tablespoon Concentrated Chicken Stock<br />1 1/2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce<br />Half Head of Garlic<br />150ml Water<br /><br />Please select Subtitles/CC when you view my videos! ^.^<br /><br />Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mulberrysera/<br />Music: https://www.purple-planet.com
