Police were called to an apartment complex in High Springs, Florida, after a woman complained Donald Watts had been using meth.<br />Newser reports Watts was found lying in a nearby creek, covered in mud and entirely nude.<br />The 38-year-old resisted arrest and tried to strike the officers. Multiple tasings failed to subdue him.<br />Police dog Casper was deployed to nab him. Watts then "got on his hands and knees and began to growl like a dog.
