Former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg saw a 6% jump in the latest Hill-HarrisX survey of the Democratic presidential primary.<br />The nationwide poll was released Friday.<br />It shows Bloomberg up from 5 percent to 11 percent support for the nomination nationally.<br />In the poll Bloomberg is now tied with Elizabeth Warren.<br />Warren has been in a steep decline since introducing her Medicare for All plan.<br />Warren is unable to explain how she will pay for the plan.
