65-year-old pensioner, Diwakar Bisoye, from Odisha State, east India has been dubbed the "Bubble Skin Man" due to a rare skin condition which has left him with a four stone leg tumour and hundreds more across his body.<br /><br />Diwakar said he has been treated worse than "a dirty stray animal" and explains that his condition has left him jobless for the past 15 years. <br /><br />Dr Subramania Iyer of Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kerala says: "This is a hereditary genetic disorder and has at present no medical treatment. The only solution is the surgical removal of most troublesome swellings."
