Walmart truck drivers should have been paid for their rest breaks, and now the company is going to have to pay up.<br />According to Business Insider, the drivers are the latest to win in federal court for unpaid rest breaks.<br />The US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals just affirmed that Walmart will need to pay its California truck drivers $54.6 million.<br />A company spokesman says their drivers are among the best paid in the business, and would explore options to challenge the opinion.
