Trey Songz Hit With $10 Million<br /> Sexual Assault Lawsuit.<br />According to court documents recently<br />obtained by The Blast, singer Trey Songz,<br />real name Tremaine Neverson, has been<br />accused of sexual assault. .<br />The suit is seeking $10 million in damages<br />for assault and battery, as well as intentional<br />and negligent infliction of emotional distress.<br />The alleged incident took place<br />at a Miami nightclub during a<br />New Year’s Eve party in 2018. .<br />A Georgia woman, known only as Jane Doe, claims<br />that Neverson forced “his hand under her dress”<br />without her consent and sexually assaulted her.<br />NEVERSON intentionally created<br />an offer of bodily injury to Plaintiff<br />by force under circumstances that<br />created a well-founded fear of<br />imminent peril in PLAINTIFF, Court Documents, via The Blast.<br />Jane Doe also claims that she was not the<br />only one Neverson assaulted that night,<br />as another woman reportedly told her that<br />she had experienced a similar incident. .<br />Neverson was previously accused of<br />domestic assault in August 2018 by<br />Andrea Buera, although that case<br />was eventually dropped in late 2019. .<br />Neverson has yet to<br />comment on the current case
