Lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah on Wednesday told reporters that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's (MACC) revelation of nine audio recordings from former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak's tapped phone conversations was sub judice and contempt of court.<br /><br />Muhammad Shafee, who is representing Najib in the latter's ongoing criminal trials related to 1MDB, said they are considering to initiate action against MACC and its chief Latheefa Koya.
