A new study from Sweden shows that losing just one night's sleep increases the levels of a particular protein in the blood.<br />According to CNN, tau is a protein that helps stabilize the internal makeup of brain nerve cells.<br />In Alzheimer's disease, an abnormal form of tau builds up, forms 'tangles,' and causes the interior of the cell to fall apart.<br />These abnormal tau proteins clumps are a key sign of Alzheimer's, frontal lobe dementia and Lewy body disease.
