This innovative 13-year-old boy in northern India has created a pair of makeshift skis out of scrap plastic piping in Jammu and Kashmir.<br /><br />The boy named Wasim places the pipes down and then stands on them seeing him glide effortlessly down the icy sloped road on January 6.
