Commuters witness the terrifying moment a mini truck carrying gallons of gas cylinders caught fire after it rammed into another vehicle in the west Indian state of Gujarat. <br /><br />The footage, recorded on Thursday (January 9) on Olpad road, Surat, shows the truck carrying LPG cylinders catching fire, followed by a series of explosions. <br /><br />According to the reports, the mini-truck collided with a lorry which led to leakage in the gas cylinders. <br /><br />Firefighters reached the scene and managed to douse the fire, reports said. <br /><br />A school bus carrying around 26 children, along with an auto-rickshaw that was approaching from the opposite direction also caught fire. Fortunately, the students aboard the school bus were rescued and taken to safety. <br /><br />Traffic on the highway came to a standstill and no casualties have been reported. <br /><br />According to the reports, Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) officials are investigating the matter. <br /><br />On the suspicion of illegal transportation of the gas cylinders, officials are also looking for the truck driver and his partner who are currently absconding.
