Iran’s armed forces on Saturday issued a statement saying that they unintentionally launched a missile that shot down Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 in Tehran on Jan 8.<br /><br />The Iranian President and Foreign Minister had since apologised for the incident, saying that such errors would not be repeated.
