A new study reveals having sex weekly or monthly may help women stave off 'the change.'<br />UPI reports that during the menopause transition, women experience the physical effects of falling estrogen levels.<br />Symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness. These effects can undermine sexual motivation and drive.<br />But women who engage in sexual activity weekly were 28% less likely to become menopausal than women who do so less than monthly.
