The e-Tunai Rakyat initiative announced by the federal government as part of Budget 2020 is here and mobile payment firms are fighting for customers.<br /><br />To qualify for the RM30 incentive, the person signing up must have an annual income of less than RM100,000 in 2018.<br /><br />The RM30 must be used up before March 14 or it will be forfeited.
