Sub-zero temperatures in southern Kashmir has created a shortage in water as the piping in the area has frozen over.<br /><br />Footage recorded on January 15 shows locals collecting water from nearby streams as their taps have run dry.<br /><br />Villagers are wary of health concerns as the water gathered from streams may be polluted and unhygienic.
