"Conversion therapy" is a practice that attempts to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity.<br />Bills aimed at the practice have been introduced in the Republican-dominated House and Senate in KY.<br />Republican Sen. Alice Forgy Kerr is the lead sponsor of the Senate measure.<br />Huffpo reports that Kerr referred to the practice as “conversion torture.”<br />Democratic Rep.
