Multiple Avalanches have caused major delays in opening the Kargil to Drass in northern India yesterday (January 16).<br /><br />The road on NH 1D from Kargil to Drass is prone to many avalanches and the snow-covered roads cause huge delays.<br /><br />These avalanches acts as an obstacle for the early clearance of the road and traffic movement.<br /><br />Traffic officers worked till 10 pm and doing their best to resume movement on this road.
