CNN Business reports that Nestlé, the world's largest food company, has made a move to stay competitive. <br />They have added vegan sausage to their food offering lineup. <br />Starting in March, the Swiss company will offer the sausage in 11 different European markets, under their Garden Gourmet brand. <br />They will be soy-based bratwurst and chorizo-style sausages.<br />In April, Nestlé will start selling pea protein-based Sweet Earth sausages in the U.S.
