A talented cook carved vivid images of animals out of tofu in southern China.<br /><br />The impressive video, shot in the city of Xiamen in Fujian Province on September 20, shows the cook named A Cai using a knife to carve two pieces of tofu in the water into the shape of a rooster and fish respectively. <br /><br />A Cai said it needs around three hours to complete one such image.
