Occurred on January 2, 2020 / Dalton Highway, Alaska, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "This video was taken at Atigun Pass after severe weather closed the Dalton hwy. Dec. 31, 2019. Many trucks were stopped on both sides of the pass for 2-3 days. Food, water and fuel support was provided from Prudhoe Bay."
