A wild snake sparked chaos after rampaging through a family's kitchen. <br /><br />The 6ft long serpent was seen coiled up on top of the air conditioning unit at the house in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.<br /><br />Locals converged on the room to catch the radiated rat snake, which dropped down and darted through the pots and pans.<br /><br />It was then captured and taken outside before being released on December 19.<br /><br />Resident Ah Cheasaid she saw the snakes tail and ran outside to ask neighbours for help.<br /><br />She said: ''I was standing next to the rice cooker to prepare breakfast when I saw something moving above my head. <br /><br />''I think the snake had been sleeping there all night and I woke them up.''
