Parents of schoolchildren attending Alpine Primary in Beacon Valley, Cape Town staged a flaming protest as the vandalised toilets have prevented kids from going to school.<br /><br />Footage from January 22 shows the disgruntled parents and the shocking state of the toilet facilities.
