A cow that accidentally fell into a well was rescued after a marathon operation in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu. <br /><br />The incident took place on January 22 in Sokkalal Secondary School located in Mukkudal town in the state's Tirunelveli district.<br />The locals informed the Cheranmagadevi Fire Department about animal in distress. <br /><br />Wasting no time, a team of firefighters, led by officer Arumugam, arrived at the scene and carried out the rescue operation.
