CNN reports Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer is suing his own band.<br />News of the lawsuit broke just days before Aerosmith is set to perform at the Grammy.<br />Kramer is suing for breach of contract against six companies jointly-owned by the five band members.<br />He alleges he is being blocked from performing with Aerosmith after suffering "minor injuries" last spring.<br />The complaint was filed last week in Massachusetts.
