China has halted all flights and trains out of Wuhan at 10:00 on January 23 to put the city in lockdown amid the deadly coronavirus scare.<br /><br />The video shows soldiers with masks standing at the entrances of Hankou Railway Station which is one of the three main railway stations in Wuhan to stop commuters from leaving. <br /><br />Travellers can be seen being stranded outside the station and a man was heard saying: "The train station has been blocked already. No one can leave now. What can we do?"
