A grenade attack on a police post in Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir state in north India has left at least one person injured on January 24. <br /><br />Militants hurled a grenade at a police post in Waniyar Chowk in the Noorbagh area of old Srinagar city, targeting army officers present there.<br /><br />An officer of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was injured in the grenade attack, CRPF said.<br /><br />The CRPF personnel received splinter injuries on both of his legs and right eye and was admitted in Shourya hospital.
