Children are seen playing in a tide of plastic waste washing up on a beach in Padang on January 29.<br /><br />Tons of rubbish was been washed onto the beach after being pushed upstream due to flooding in the cities canals and rivers.<br /><br />Adek, one of the children, told Newsflare's filmer that he collects aluminium cans from the beach and sells them to recyclers.
