#BrixtonO2Academy <br />A man in his 20s was stabbed outside an afrobeats concert at London's O2 Academy in Brixton on Sunday night.<br /><br />Police officers and an ambulance rushed to Stockwell Road, Lambeth, at around 9.40pm to reports that a young man had been stabbed outside the venue where Naira Marley was playing.<br /><br />The victim's wound was not said to be life-threatening and the concert was allowed to go ahead.<br /><br />However, many were left furious and confused outside the concert hall after they said staff had shut the doors and refused to let anyone else in.<br />Videos emerged of Capital Xtra DJ Tim Westwood walking around outside the O2. <br /><br />'Naira Marley got locked off, so Tim Westwood was chilling in main brikky (Brixton),' one person tweeted.<br /><br />Others spoke of their devastation, one wrote: 'Naira Marley deserved better man!! How is it getting locked off and gates gets closed.'<br /><br />Another tweeted: 'I'm screaming. People still haven't entered inside Naira Marley's concert and it's 10.25pm.'<br />The Metropolitan Police tweeted: 'We were called to Stockwell Road, #Lambeth at 21:41hrs to a report of a stabbing. Officers and Ambulance attended and treated a man in his 20s with a stab wound.<br /><br />'He was taken to hospital in a non-life threatening condition. No arrests; enquiries continue.'<br /><br />The Met declined to comment further.<br />
