Occurred on January 22, 2020 / UK<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "My best friend gets stuck in a toy truck at playgroup. She decided it was a good idea to try and sit on the toy and go for a ride with the children. She ended up getting stuck trying to get back out, resulting in her falling backward out of the toy."
