Democratic Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders joked on Monday (February 3) after Iowa's Democratic caucus voting results were delayed due to "quality checks."<br /><br />"I have a strong feeling that at some point the results will be announced," Sanders joked prompting the crowd to cheer.
