Future's Son Arrested for <br />Alleged Criminal Gang Activity Last month, Future's son, Jakobi Wilburn, <br />was charged with criminal gang activity, <br />criminal trespass and altered ID of a firearm. According to TMZ, he was allegedly in <br />possession of a gun with the serial number <br />scratched out at the time of his arrest. Jakobi, 17, who is being tried as an adult, <br />reportedly listed himself as indigent <br />in court documents and <br />requested a public defender. Future and Jakobi's mother, <br />Jessica Smith, will reportedly <br />cover the legal fees associated <br />with his arrest. Jakobi is the oldest <br />of Future's six children.
