A driver from Wigan, Greater Manchester gave a tour of the flood-hit town after Storm Ciara brought heavy rain and winds to much of the country on February 9.<br /><br />Dashcam footage shows how the storm affected everyday life in numerous ways.<br /><br />The filmer explained: "The main road into Wigan is flooded in several places, completely blocking traffic from passing safely.<br /><br />"This is the footage my dash camera caught whilst driving a short journey, we failed to complete due to the roundabout being completely flooded.<br /><br />"Any pedestrians venturing out were put at risk from the passing cars going too fast through the dirty floodwaters."
