A determined family including a child was filmed cycling through waters on the banks of the River Kent in Kendal, Cumbria yesterday (February 9).<br /><br />Storm Ciara battered much of the UK on Sunday.<br /><br />The same area was ravaged by Storm Desmond in 2015.
