A gas cylinder explosion at a restaurant which caught fire injured 11 people in the south Indian state of Karnataka. <br /><br />The incident took place on February 11, in Sardarji Londonwaley restaurant in Koramangala in Bengaluru city. <br /><br />Footage from outside the building shows the restaurant in flames, while other people on the street are trying to take videos on their devices and vehicles move on the road.<br /><br />Suddenly a gas cylinder inside the building explodes and the crowd scatters to avoid the blast. <br /><br />Reportedly 11 people were injured in the accident and one of them is in a serious condition at a nearby hospital. <br /><br />The fire is believed to have been caused by an electrical short circuit on the second floor, which spread to the restaurant on the ground level. <br /><br />Two fire engines arrived at the scene to douse the fire, but after initial efforts failed, additional fire tenders were called to combat the blaze.
