Cars and a fire engine were battered by crashing waves on Cleveleys seafront in wake of Storm Ciara.<br /><br />Photographer Mark McNeill explained that the cars were parked dangerously close to the sea wall and could have been at risk.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on February 11.
