Inmates at a prison in North Sumatra set the building on fire during a violent riot on February 12.<br /><br />The prison was designed to hold 193 but had more than 400 when the violence broke out. <br /><br />Around 500 police officers and soldiers were placed around the prison to prevent inmates from escaping.
