This is the moment a three-storey building in Jakarta collapsed just seconds after workers escaped the construction site on February 11.<br /><br />The terrifying footage shows two men stroll out of an unstable looking building before the structure comes crashing down sending a cloud of dust across the road.<br /><br />According to the filmer, Delila Sopia, the building was intended to be a three-storey shophouse but workers ceased their construction due to fears it would collapse after hearing a crack.
