A team of rescuers on Saturday (February 15th) used ropes to haul a leopard from the bottom of a deep well.<br /><br />The big cat fell into the water source in the Pavijetpur region of Gujarat state and was unable to climb out.<br /><br />Rescuers from the forest department managed to place a looped rope around the feline and then lift it out of the well and into a metal cage.<br /><br />The big cat was due to be checked over and released back into the wild.
