A dam in Elan Valley has started to overflow after Storm Dennis unleashed a month's rainfall in a couple of days across the UK.<br /><br />The Caban Coch Dam has been transformed into a waterfall as the gallons of rainwater pours over the structure's edge.<br /><br />This footage was filmed on February 17.
