A woman in eastern China was captured stealing a bottle of hand gel in a hospital's elevator.<br /><br />The video, shot in the city of Zhoushan in Zhejiang Province on February 12, shows a woman in an orange coat pulling off a bottle of hand gel that was stuck on an elevator wall and taking it away with her.<br /><br />The hospital was reportedly providing hand gel inside the elevator to avoid the spread of COVID-19.<br /><br />Since the item was not in high value, the hospital did not press charges.
